Club-n-Club emerged champions in the FAO Second Division Football League, defeating Royal Club in the keenly-contested final match via sudden death at Barabati Stadium here on September 14. Sudden-death rule was applied after play in the regulation time and tie-breaker ended in 2-2 and 4-4 draw respectively.With the title triumph, Club-n-Club qualified to compete in the FAO First Division League next year. Football Association of Odisha (FAO) organised the Second Division League from September 6. The tournament had seven teams in fray.
